Some reviewers have had concerns that this is a clip on style pouch, rather than one with a loop. I have not encountered any problems with this. It is secure, and since I have more than one belt, it's easy to swap. And so far it doesn't seem to be wearing a hole in my top. Maybe a range of colours would be nice?

Review of Leather Pouch for Juice Range (LP11) by: Vincent Smith from COWBRIDGE S WALES. Date:  8-12-2014

I have given only a 3 star rating on the leatherman juice pouch for only one reason. The belt clip. I feel that a pouch designed to hold an expensive tool should have a full belt loop and not just a clip over, which past experience of this type of fitting is that they fall off. My own solution to the problem is to pass a small black cable tie (ziplock) through the body of the pouch and fasten it over the hook part of the belt clip. The clip cannot open without breaking the cable tie and the cable tie cannot slip off over the hook. If the pouch had a full belt loop I would have had no hesitation in scoring it a five. The service from Leathermans I quite happily score as a 5 Gold Stars

Review of Leather Pouch for Juice Range (LP11) by: Colin Heapy from Taunton. Date:  4-10-2013

Great pouch but what seriously lets it down is the clip attachment.

The pouch attaches to the belt with a spring clip which can easily be pulled off with the potential of losing an expensive knife. I am not sure why they have designed it this way but I am looking at drilling a hole in it and putting in a rivet to make it secure. I fail to see the need for the quick release clip as when you want to use the knife you just take it out.

Review of Leather Pouch for Juice Range (LP11) by: Darren Taylor from Norwich. Date:  23-7-2012

I was very impressed with the LP11 Leatherman Juice pouch. Real leather and great quality and value for the price. I purchased it for my Leatherman Freestyle (not a juice.) Perfect fit and because of the elasticated side sections it fits just as well either with the removable pocket clip on or off which is an added bonus. Negatives, none that I can think of. Great service from Facewest too. I made my order 4am Friday and my delivery arrived Monday Morning. Great product and great service. Thank you!

Review of Leather Pouch for Juice Range (LP11) by: Fred Wood from Liverpool. Date:  23-4-2012
I bought this pouch at the same time that I bought my Juice CS4 multi tool. I'd previously handled a CS4 multi tool so I knew that the 5.5oz weight was just a little more than I wanted to be carrying in my pocket.

The pouch is well made in leather and has elasticated sides. I assume the elasticated panels are there to also accommodate the larger (thicker) XE6 model. The stitching seems strong and even should stay tight.

The pouch is specific to Juice range and uses a steel clip instead of a belt loop. I was a little concerned as to how secure this clip arrangement would be but it seems OK. I suppose a belt loop would be even more secure but there is no denying the convenience of the clip method. The pouch sits on the waistband very neatly and in no time at all it quickly becomes unnoticeable.

The pouch is closed by a press studded flap. The press stud seems quite positive. Only time will tell how durable the press stud proves to be, but I know that these can be replaced easily by a leather worker/cobbler.

The overall quality is good. Some of the other Leatherman pouches have disappointed me. The leather has not been as good a quality as with earlier pouches. This pouch is much better. You usually find that with use, the appearance of leather improves and becomes more supple. A little polish helps and I'll treat mine to a wipe over with Ballistol oil which is an excellent leather dressing.

If, like me, you find the weight of the Juice a bit more than ideal for carrying in the pocket (the CS4 is 5.5oz) then the pouch is a very good alternative. I would definitely recommend the pouch for the XE6 model as that weighs in at 6.7oz

Great service from Leathermans too. I don't think I would buy from anywhere else now.

Review of Leather Pouch for Juice Range (LP11) by: Danny McShane from Fyvie. Date:  11-10-2011
I have one of these I use for my Juice and its a very good fit. The elastic (fabric) sides hold the XE6 firmly and being elastic will accommodate the smaller models equally securely. At first I wasn't sure the body was leather, but it has lasted well and is now more obviously not plastic. The design is a little cleverer than it looks. The belt clip is an open design of spring clip, but good and stiff enough that I've never had it drop off my belt. This kind of clip does mean you can put the pouch on your belt and take it off with out having to undo your belt. The downside might be less than 100% security, but it is convenient for every day use (And I think of the juice range as house/office/wandering about tools). Having the Juice on your belt rather than in your pocket does make it easier to reach, and Leathermans seem less threatening than knives these days. It's easy to unclip it and stick in your pocket if you want to. The other trick the pouch can do is hold an opened-out Juice, with the needlenose pliers sticking down through the hole in the bottom of the pouch and the splayed handles sticking up -the stud strap will fasten in this position. Why would you want to? Well, it gives you one-handed access to the pliers during a job, up a stepladder or whatever As with most things Leatherman, the only niggle is the price, and the fact it doesn't come with the tool in the first place. But then the Juices are compact enough to carry as pocket tools so you have the choice whether to pay for the pouch or not.
